Rule 21
Coordination and cooperation
: (1) In the development, management and competition of sports infrastructures, the local level should coordinate with the provincial government, the provincial government should coordinate with the ministries, councils and related sports associations.
(2) Athlete training activities conducted for the preparation of participation in national and international competitions should be conducted in coordination with the federation, state and local levels, Olympic Committee, Para Olympic Committee, Special Olympic Committee and related sports associations under the central training system for uniformity. (3) local level competitions in coordination with the Olympic Committee, Para Olympic Committee, Special Olympic Committee and related sports associations for international competitions and large sports projects; The district and state level competition will be conducted by the state and the national and international competition council.
(4) The council shall coordinate and cooperate with the relevant sports association, state and local level while organizing the national competition.
(5) When organizing an international competition, the Council shall coordinate and cooperate with the Olympic Committee, Para Olympic Committee, Special Olympic Committee, relevant sports associations, provincial and local levels.
(6) Sub-rule: The Olympic Committee, Para Olympic Committee, Special Olympic Committee, related sports association, local level and province should provide necessary support and cooperation to the council in the work as per (5).
(7) The local level and the province shall inform the council of their annual work schedule related to sports activities.
(4) The council should make an annual work schedule related to sports including the sports activities of the local level and the province and provide it to the local level and the province in time.
(9) Local levels, provinces and councils can enter into agreements according to mutually agreed conditions and standards for construction, use, operation, maintenance and management of sports infrastructures.
